This is the book written by Victoria Riskin daughter of actress Fay Wray and Hollywood Screenwriter Robert Riskin and in this book she talks about her parents upbringings in Utah and New York, their starts in the entertainment business, her father winning the Oscar for It Happened One Night for Best Writing as well as working with Frank Capra doing films like Mr Deeds Goes To Town, Meet Joe Doe, Lost Horizon etc, her mother doing the silent films as well as the talkies including King Kong as well as working with people like Spencer Tracy, Clark Gable, William Powell, Gary Cooper among others, Fay's first marriage which she had an daughter Susan, her parents' marriage in 1942 which they had 2 children as it lasted until his passing in 1955 and many others. It's an BRILLIANT, FANTASTIC and SUPERB book with very entertaining and FANTASTIC stories talking about the Golden era of Hollywood as well as her parents being an part of that and I enjoyed reading it. It's been 86 years when King Kong with Fay Wray came out and it's great that it's still remembered and also she and Robert Riskin have kind of being forgotten but let's they can get recognised for the impact they did throughout the years. Victoria is an author, TV writer and Producer and this book is an must for classic movie fans which I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT.
