Mother American Night by John Perry Barlow

This is the autobiography of American songwriter and Internet pioneer John Perry Barlow and I am reviewing the paperback version. In this book he talks about his upbringing in Wyoming which his father was an Republican politician, meeting Bob Weir who would form the legendary American rock band the Greatful Dead at school, studying at Wesleyan, doing songwriting for the Greatful Dead which he wrote songs for them from 1971-95, getting involved with computers which he become an pioneer for the internet, hanging out people with people like John F Kennedy Jnr, Andy Warhol, Timothy Leary and many others. It's an FANTASTIC and excellent book with impressive and very entertaining stories told by John and it was co written with Robert Greenfield who has written books about Jerry Garcia, Timothy Leary and Augustus Owsley Stanley III and last year John passed away on February 7th 2018 before the book was released. This is an must for Greatful Dead fans and I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you'll be impressed.
