Wall Street Money Never Sleeps
Remember the words "Greed Is Good" in Wall Street in 1987 said by Gordon Geeko? Well he is back in this Sequel called Money Never Sleeps and i saw that on Friday @ the Myer Center in the city. Gordon Geeko(Michael Douglas who won the Oscar for that role in 1987) is released from jail after serving 8 years in 2002 and nobody picks him up. 6 years later in 2008 Jacob Moore(Shia Lebouf) is working for a banking institution called Keller Zabel investments owned by Louis Zabel(Frank langella) and is going out with Winnie Geeko (Carey Mulligan) who is the daughter of Gordon Geeko.Keller Zabel Investments crashes mainly due to the efforts of Brenton james(Josh Brolin) an rival banker and Jacob meets Gordon at a lecture. Gordon wants to repair the damage of his relationship with Winnie with the help of Jacob who in return he helps Jacob to get revenge on the man who caused the death of his mentor and it's get very interesting throughout the movie. It's an excellent movie with an awesome performance by Michael Douglas as Gordon Geeko along excellent acting By Shia LeBouf, Josh Brolin, Carey Mulligan, Susan Sarandon, Eli Wallach and even Charlie Sheen who played Bud in the first movie has an cameo as well as Director Oliver Stone and also Austin Pendleton who played Max in the Muppet Movie plays Dr Masters. Oliver Stone does an excellent job directing this sequel and the story is excellent. I give it 4 and a half stars and it is currently running at the moment so check it out.
