Two Kings Of Rock'n'Roll show @ Kedron-Wavell

On Friday night November 26th I went to see Two Kings of Rock'n'Roll show starring Dennis Knight and Dean Vegas at kedron-Wavell Services Club. It was my 3rd time seeing Dean Vegas and it was my 8th seeing Dennis Knight and they are excellent performers. the show was FANTASTIC which the back-up band were great and the 2 ladies who are from local group Masquerade were just as excellent doing the back ground vocals. Dennis Knight opened the first half which he did the Johnny O'Keefe stuff which he was GREAT and told stories about how he had paged Johnny O'Keefe in Perth asking him to do it, buying an expensive scotch as well as touring with Bill Haley and Roy orbison and he finished his set with 2 Roy orbison songs "Pretty Woman" and "Crying" and bought an Dennis Knight Cd "Timeless" during the break. Dean Vegas come on to do his set which he was FANTASTIC doing the Elvis Stuff and he would walk through the audience during Love me Tender and Cant help falling In love shaking handas and get hugs and kisses from the ladies in the audience. At the end of the show Dennis Knight came on stage doing Johnny be Goode and before that American Trilogy. After the show bought Dean's CD and a card and they came out which I got autographs and photos with them. They are worth seeing live and if want to see them check them out which they put on an great show which brings back memories for fans who grew up in that era.
