This is the new album by legendary Irish singer-songwriter Van Morrison and it has covers of songs that were part of the skiffle craze in Britian in the 50's that had tea chest bass, wash boards and an acoustic guitar and Lonnie Donegan who was an big part of the scene that would influence generations of British musicians like Paul mcCartney, Mick Jagger, Roger Daltrey and many others who started out doing skiffle before becoming rock and roll. Among the songs on the album inclduing Frieght Train, Cold Cold Heart, I'm Moving On, Cotton Fields and many others and among the musicians who play on the album is English singer-songwriter and multi instrumentalist Seth Lakeman as well as Colin Griffin on drums and Dave Keary on guitar. It is an FANTASTIC album with FANTASTIC songs with great singing by Van who is still singing better than ever and the album is at number 16 in the UK and number 31 in Ireland.
