Whenever You Need Somebody by Rick Astley

On November 16th 1987 English singer Rick Astley released his debut album Whenever You Need Somebody which went to number 1 in the UK and Australia and number 10 in the USA and from that had the singles the ttile track, Never Gonna Give You Up, Together Forever, When I Fall In Love and It Would Take A Strong Strong Man and it was written and produced by Stockman Aitken Waterman, Phil Harding, Ian Curnow and Daize Washbourn and last year 2022 was 35 years when it was released so they reissued it again so I am giving it an review. Besides the original tracks from the album it has an reimagined version of some of the tracks as well as pianoforte version of Never Gonna Give You Up as well as instrumental versions of the hits as well as the b sides and different mixes. It is FANTASTIC, AWESOME and BRILLIANT with FANTASTIC songs that has stood the test of time and it is till sounds great today as it did back then which you can never get tired of hearing great music and this is great music indeed. The booklet for the double CD was done by Craig McLean and the album to this day has sold 15 million copies. Rick has shows in the UK and Hungary during the year and this is an must for 80's music fans as well as Rick Astley fans which I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yoursleves an favour and BUY IT which you will love it.
