Little Richard I Am Everything

This is the documentary abou iconic American rock and roll pioneer Little Richard which it's now out on DVD and in this documentary talks about his growing up in Macon Georgia, musical influences, performing with Travelling shows, his relationship with his father, recorded for Specialty Records which he would achieve great success with classics including Tutti Frutti, Long Tall Sally and Lucille, going into religion studying the ministry, his sexuality, his issues with drugs as well as interviews with Mick Jagger, Tom Jones, Tony Newman (Sounds Incorporated), Nile Rodgers(Chic), Billy Vera, Nona Hendryx (LaBelle), his cousin Morris Roberts, Sir Lady Jiva, John Waters (AMerican film maker) and many others as well as archival interviews with Little Richard. It is FANTASTIC, AWESOME and BRILLIANT with FANTASTIC and Amazing stories which it's well worth watching to learn about how life was for someone Little Richard back in the era as well as overcoming stuff to get what he woudl achieve and the impact hemade. It was directed by Lisa Cortes who also produced it and it is 4 years this year on May 9th when Little Richard passed away but the great music he made still lives on today and you can never get tired of the songs as they are timeless as well as being an influence for many artists like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, David Bowie and many others. This is an must for Little Richard fans as well as fans of 50's rock and roll and I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
