The Hollies 50 At Fifty

50 At Fifty is the compilation CD of legendary British rock group the Hollies. In this 3 CD set it has many of the classic Hollies' hits of the 60's and 70's as well as the 80's including their version of the Supremes 1965 hit Stop In the Name Of the Love which the Hollies had a hit with it in 1983 in the USA as well as album tracks, live recordings and an new song called Skylarks written by drummer Bobby Elliot, current lead singer Pete Howarth and Steve Lee Vickers. It is ROCKIN, BRILLIANT and FANTASTIC and it ROCKS with great songs which still has timeless quality and it holds up so well to this day which it still endures. This was compiled by drummer Bobby Elliot and Paul Hicks son of Hollies guitarist did the mastering which the cover art looks just FANTASTIC. The Hollies are still touring the world with long time members Bobby Elliot and Tony Hicks who have been with the Hollies since 1963 as well as recording and still going strong playing sell out shows after all those years which they did an Australian back in February. This CD is a must for any Hollies fan as well as fans of 60's music which i am giving this 5 stars and it is in the shops now so do yourself a favour and BUY IT.
