Melbourne Trip 2012-Saturday October 13th 2012

Got up 8am, did writing, rang home, play ball with Coco and Bobby and had Vita Brits for breakfast. Steven wrapped up the computer as I was going to have the laptop, ate toast. drank juice and play with Bobby and Coco. Went for a shower, clean teeth, wore an short sleeve blue collar shirt and grey tracksuit pants, put on socks and shoes, use mobile, did writing, took photo, play ball, had an look at book, went in the car and went to Hoppers Crossing as Wayne jokingly says Shoppers Crossing. Had an look @ JB HI FI where Mum bought Heath the Catherine Britt Cd and I bought CD's by Dragon, Billy J Kramer, Dire Straits, Joe Brown and the Bee Gees and Steven took us back to Keryn's place which I took photos including ones of Sharne's and Caroline's houses.
Ate Cake, carry bag, ate Ham,chesse and Tomato Sandwiches, drank water,use mobile, met Nikita's friend Sarah, Mum, Me,Keryn,Wayne, Nikita and Sarah went in the car and went to Werribee Zoo. took photos, saw Gorillas and Camels, went on the Safari bus and went on the Safari tour which was AMAZING as well as seeing the animals which was great too. Saw Gorillas, Hippos, Frogs,Snakes, Wild Dogs, mere Cats, Wild Cats, Lions and Monkeys, took photos, ate Muffins and shapes, drank cola, went in the car as it was starting to rain, went to Werribee South and an shop and stopped @ Werribee Plaza.
went to Rebel Sport where we saw Scott, had an look @ 2 shops, and went back to the house. Met Allan Fraser which it was an long time coming as he is the father of Sharne,Steven, Keryn and Caroline and Mum had not seen him since 1987. He was showing us the photos which among them had Aunty Dawn and there was one of Mum when she was about 12 @ bribie island and he did'nt remember seeing Mum in 1964 but Mum remembered him, drank cola, ate muffin, cake,fruit,chocolates and chips, use internet, put on brown pants, met Kiandra(Scott's girl friend), went in car and went to al Pestos in laverton.
Had a look at menu, drank coke and water and took some photos. Had Aussie Pizza and spagetthi bolognase for dinner, drank Coke, use Juke Box which i choose an few songs and there was an little problem as Wayne doesn't have pineapple on his pizza which the pizza he ordered had pineapple which he was not happy about that, met the owner of Al Pestos as well as her niece and nephew whose name is Luke too and I had an great night having dinner there and went back to the house which it was an quiet night afterwards and i used the internet as well as meeting Kate(Matt's girlfriend). went to bed 12.37am

Vale Peter Flanagan(the Fauns/The Flanagans)

Peter Flanagan member of legendary Australian singing family group the Fauns aka the The Flanagans passed away on September 2nd aged 73 at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Peter along with brother Paul and Sister Margaret began as the Fauns in 1959 as they had been doing classical music training which they released 3 singles on the Leedon label- Dance With Me/Don't Take the Stars, We Should Be Together/While Susan Sleeps and Nursery Rhymes Rock and as the Flanagans they released 4 singles on the HMV label-He/Wonderland Of Love and Dreams(1965), Follow the Wind/Land OF Beyond(1965), You Were Meant FOr Me/That's How Man Began(1966) and This is My Song/For Bobby(1967). the group did appearances on Bandstand,Six O'Clock Rock, Teen Time, The Johnny O'Keefe Show, Sing Sing Sing, the Mike Walsh Show, IMT, Revue 61, Revue 62 and many others as well as performing on the Matt Munro TV special in 1966 as well as performing in the clubs too as well as co writing the song

Roland Storm , Bryan Davies and the Mighty Guys show @ South Tweed Sports Club June 6th 2015

On Saturday June 6th I went to the South Tweed Sports Club in the evening where I saw legendary Australian singers Roland Storm and Bryan Davies as well as the rock group the Mighty Guys. Dad took me to the Club, signed in, went inside, bought an Pepsi max, drank it, saw Mick Hamilton(had not seen since Sunday June 9th 2013) and Leon Isackson and waited. The show started after 8pm with the Mighty Guys doing a few songs which were classic rock n roll songs with lead vocals done by both Leon Isackson and Mick Hamilton and then Roland Storm and Bryan Davies came on stage which they did a few songs together which then Roland did his set which he performed an set of classic rock songs as well as doing his hit from 1992 with Rolling With the Flow and there was an interval which Roland was selling CD's as I already have them but he came which people bought them as well as seeing Mike Lawler which I mentioned to him about the Rajahs version of a Beatles song on the Australia Salutes the
