the Avengers @ Brothers Leagues CLub Ipswich

On Sunday December 29th legendary Brisbane pop group the Avengers will be playing @ the Brothers Leagues CLub in Ipswich and the show starts @ 4pm as it's a free show. The group who were popular back in the 60's having played around BRisbane at venues like TC's,Snoopy Hollow, The Glen Hotel and many others and had a record with Listen Listen as well as having line up changes that lasted until 1970 and also the group reformed in 1992 with the 60's members Roger Jellicoe, Dick Bentley,Graeme Rabnott,Garth Austin and Mick Monaghan which they are still peforming these days with Dick being replaced by Paul Yates. The group in their show do classic rock and pop songs of the 50's and 60's as well as some 70's and 80's and the show is just FANTASTIC which everyone has a great time and enjoying the show so if you have not seen them go and see them.
